丘陵コース。ハウスからは函館市街、函館山、津軽海峡が一望のもとに見渡せる。特に夜景はすばらしい。アウトは自然のアンジュレーションを生かした個性的なコース。インはゆったりとしてフラットではあるが、最長ホールや函館山に向かって打つ名物ホールがある。
