弊社における新型コロナウイルス感染拡大防止への取り組みについて
平素より鹿部カントリー倶楽部をご愛顧賜り、誠にありがとうございます。
弊社におきましては、皆様に安心してご利用いただけるよう、日頃より安全面・衛生面の徹底を図っておりますが、新型コロナウイルス感染拡大防止の観点から、引き続き、以下の対応を行ってまいります。本取り組みにつきまして、お客様のご理解とご協力を賜りますよう、お願い申し上げます。
なお、今後の政府および自治体からの要請や社会情勢により、臨時休業や短縮営業等の変更を余儀なくされることも十分考えられます。その際には、ホームページ等でご案内させていただきます。
１．施設
・手指消毒液を設置 ・除菌清掃の強化 ・換気強化 ・施設利用時間制限 ・フロントエチケットカーテン設置
２．スタッフ
・出勤前の検温を実施し、37度以上の発熱および異常が見られる場合には、出勤を禁止
・手洗い、うがい等、感染予防の徹底 ・勤務中のマスク着用
３．お客様施設ご利用時のお願い
（１）施設ご利用前のお願い
次の症状や該当する事項があるお客様はご利用をお控えください
①新型コロナウイルス対応窓口である保健所等より感染している、又は濃厚接触者であるとの案内を受け経過観察期間中の方。
②風邪の症状や37.5度以上の熱がある方。
③倦怠感がある方。
④咳、痰、胸部不快感のある方。
⑤同居家族や身近な知人に感染が疑われる方がいる方。
⑥その他新型コロナウイルス感染可能性の症状がある方。
⑦過去14日以内に、海外への渡航履歴がある方。
（２）施設ご利用時のお願い
①施設ご利用時は、手洗いや除菌剤による手指消毒をお願いいたします。
②咳エチケットの励行をお願いいたします。
③可能な限り、マスク等の着用をお願いいたします。
④館内の換気を強化しておりますので、ウエアの重ね着等での体温調整をお願いします。
⑤ロッカー・お風呂（浴槽内・体洗い場）ご利用の際は、お客様相互の間隔にご配慮ください。
⑥その他、新型コロナウイルス感染予防および拡散防止に可能な限りご配慮ください。
