安田幸吉が残した“隠れたコース”です。月寒（つきさむ）の土地名をアイヌ語で
ツキサップ：丘のはずれにある下り坂、がコース名の語源となっております。
また、全てのコースには樹木や草花の名前がついておりますので、ご来場の際は
各ホール、北海道らしさ、白樺と松の林を、ぜひ堪能下さい。
【コース】
林間コース。フェアウェイのアップダウンは少ない。各ホールは松・白樺の自生林でセパレートされている。グリーンは大きくベントの１グリーン。アウト・インともにミドルホールが長くロングヒッターにもパーオンがむずかしい。グリーンオーバーするとアプローチは下りとなりスコアをまとめにくい。全体にOBが少なくフェアウェイが広いので林の中に打ち込まず、ガードバンカーを恐れないで攻めると高スコアがのぞめるレイアウトになっている。
