丘陵コース。自然の地形がそのまま、コースレイアウトにいきている。戦略性が極めて高く、ホールごとにティショットの狙い場所、球筋を考える必要がある。アウトはショットの正確さが要求され、インはコースマネージメントがスコアメークの鍵をにぎる。12番は打ち下ろしのロングでパーを安全に取りにいくなら難易度は高くない。しかし、ティショットしだいでは２オンも充分可能で、どうしてもチャレンジしたくなる。ただし左サイドのＯＢ、グリーン手前のクリークが待ち受けている。また、16番はスライス系の球筋が要求され、フック系ではパーをとるのは難しい。
