丘陵コース。高低差８ｍという立地に大小12の池を配してレイアウトされている。各ホールはフェアウェイが広くのびのびティショットできるが、随所にある池が安易な攻略を阻んでいる。グリーンには微妙なアンジュレーションがあり、パッティングがスコアを左右する。アウトは４番の池に囲まれたショート、フェアウェイ左側にクリークが走る９番が難しい。インは池が絡むホールが多く12・14・16・18番で正確な距離と方向性が要求される。
