松や杉などで完全にセパレートされている。アウトはストレートなホールが多く、打ち上げ打ち下ろしは２ホールのみで、適度な起伏がある。
インはフラットなホールが多いが距離がある。18番はグリーン手前にクリークがあるので要注意。
全般的に戦略性に富み、各ホールごとに個性があって面白く、グリーンは好評。アプローチ、パットなどに慎重な読みが必要。
