ホールごとには高低差がなく、比較的ゆったりとしたコース設計になっている。 各ホールもティーショットから思い切ったプレイが楽しめるレイアウトだが、単調さは感じられない。距離のあるドッグレッグホール、グリーンの手前が２段池になっているショートホールなど、メンタル面を刺激するホールは大叩きに注意したい。
