アウトはほとんどがフラットで広々とした解放感がある。一部幅の狭いホールや、グリーンを狙うショットが池絡みとなる７番と９番を上手く切り抜ければスコアはまとめやすい。インは樹木と自然の地形を多く残しており、一転して実力の差が出やすい。ショットの正確さはもちろん、攻略ルートの判断やクラブ選択など、プレーヤーは次々に技量を試される。特に16番からの３ホールは谷越え、打ち下ろし、ドッグレッグなどが複合してきて気が抜けない。
