鹿島南蓼科ゴルフコースは、長野県茅野市の蓼科高原チェルトの森のスポーツ施設で、八ヶ岳、アルプスの山々の景観を楽しみながらプレーできるリゾートコースです。
1973年に最初の9ホールがオープンし、その後1987年に現18ホールが揃いました。
トータルの距離は6,233ヤードで、隣接するコースとはからまつと赤松の林で区切られています。コース内容は比較的フラットでアップダウンはあまり感じられませんが、ベント芝のグリーンが早かったりフェアウェイが狭くなっている場所もあり、初級者から上級者までが充分に楽しめる設計です。
アウト2番のショートコースはグリーンが池とバンカーで囲まれており、ショットの正確性が求められます。アウト6番はまっすぐな302ヤードのミドルコースなのでバーディの狙い目です。最終ホール18番は前方に八ヶ岳の景色が見渡せ、気持ちよくプレーができるようになっています。また、プレー中はグリーンの美しさと季節の花々や空の色、山々の景色とのコントラストのすばらしさも堪能できるでしょう。
車でアクセスする場合は中央自動車道諏訪南ICからは約15km、諏訪ICからは約20kmの距離です。
プレー後には落ち着いた雰囲気ながらも大きな窓から光がたっぷり差し込む大浴場でリラックスすることができます。
練習場は2011年にリニューアルされており、50ヤード10打席の広さです。
