中央・南アルプスの大自然に囲まれた長野県伊那市の丘陵地に広がる信州伊那国際ゴルフクラブは、中央自動車道・伊那ICより車で約3分というハイウェイ直結型のロケーションが魅力の名門コースです。
1973年9月15日にオープンし、戸田藤一郎の設計のゴルフ場です。
1984年に日本女子プロゴルフ選手権の会場となった歴史を持つ「白樺コース」と、多彩な絶景ポイントと春の桜が有名な見どころ満載の「唐松コース」といった個性的な2コースに分かれます。夏場には平均気温が22℃～25℃となり、信州ならではの爽やかな気候を存分に堪能しながらプレーを満喫できます
ベントワングリーンを採用した全36ホールは、超フラットなレイアウトが特徴的です。「白樺コース」で注目すべきは2番と9番です。グリーンが大きいため、3パットをたたく危険性を伴う2番のショートホールでは、ピンの手前にのせるイメージでアイアンショットを放つことが攻略のコツです。フェアウェイとグリーンの両方に、右から左に流れる傾斜を加えてあるPAR4の9番ホールは、やや右寄りにティーショットを決め、グリーンではピンポジションによって緻密にラインを読む必要があります。「唐松コース」の注目ホールはPAR5の2番とPAR4の10番です。2番ホールは、580ヤードを超える長めのほぼストレートなロングホールで、第1打目と第2打目はフェアウェイ中央寄りに進み、グリーンオーバーとならないような控えめのアプローチがスコアメイクのコツです。10番ホールは、グリーンは受けているものの起伏が激しいため、グリーン奥や左右にぶれない正確なアプローチが決め手です。
クラブハウス内のレストランでは信州そばや伊那名物のローメンなど手作りのお食事をお召し上がりいただけます。
