世界中の名のあるコースを見てまわりましたが、天城高原ゴルフコースほど立地条件に恵まれたところは何処にも見当たらなかった、そう申しても過言ではないと思います。40万坪の大自然の中にゆったりと展開される18ホールズ・6,780ヤードのチャンピオンコースは、30数年にわたる私の体験と見聞の集大成と言いうるでしょう。
