奥三河の雄大な自然に包まれた、ピーター・トムソン 小笹昭三設計の戦略的かつ、詩情豊かなコースです。
標高７５０ｍに位置し、夏場の気温は市街地と比べ５～６℃低く涼しいので楽にプレーしていただけます。
リゾート感覚を盛り込んで、アベレージ以下のゴルファーに親しみやすく、しかし簡単に攻略できないというコンセプトで設計されました。
アウトは全体にフェアウェイが広く、ティショットはのびのび打てます。パーオンを狙うにはグリーン周囲のバンカーが効いていて正確なショットが要求されます。
インは池が絡むホールが多く、特に11・17番はフェアウェイ左右あるいはグリーンまわりに池がせり出しているので、景観としては美しいですが、方向と正確な距離が要求されます。
