岩手山、姫神山、西岳などの山々をパノラマ状に望めるコースは、なだらかな丘陵地にJ・マイケル・ポーレット氏により設計された、ゆったりとしたレイアウトの36ホール。
【南コース/18ホール 7,008ヤード パー72】
大自然と調和した感動的な景観に囲まれた広々した爽快なコース。大小8ヶ所の池と巧に配置されたバンカーが挑戦意欲をかきたてます。コースの特徴として、きれいな山々に囲まれながらどんなゴルファーでも楽しむことができます。
南コースは、2016年「希望郷いわて国体」成年男子ゴルフ競技開催コースです。
【北コース/18ホール 6,779ヤード パー72】
自然の起伏を生かしたアンジュレーションに挑むコース。大きなマウンドや深いガードバンカーが配され、最後まで正確なショットが求められます。各ホールとも戦略性が高く、飛距離とパワーだけでなく、正確な質の高いショットが求められます。
南コースと同様、池、クリーク、変化に富んだ地形、色とりどりの木々が多く、壮大な景色を楽しむことができます。
【クラブハウス】
イギリス風カントリーハウスを趣とし、煉瓦タイルが温かい落ち着いたムードを醸し出しています。ロビーは13m高の吹き抜け天井で、2階にはオープンな雰囲気のレストランがあり、お好きなスタイルでゆったりとおくつろぎいただけます。
