丘陵コース。有明海を眼下に望む丘の上に展開する。全体の高低差は多少あるものの、ホール自体はフラットに仕上げられている。なだらかなアンジュレーションに、数は多くないが効果的に配されたバンカー、シーズンによって使用している２つのグリーンがコースを引き締め戦略性を高めている。アウトの５番から７番、インの上がり４ホールを慎重に攻めることにより好結果が得られる。全体的には距離が短めのインの方がまとめやすい。また最新ナビゲーション搭載カートによりカートからピンまでの位置をはじめ、コース情報全般をわかりやすく表示、初心者から上級者まで多彩なプレーが楽しめます。
