丘陵コース。北西斜面に位置し、クラブハウスを中心に東シナ海側にオーシャンコース、山手側にウッズコースの各９ホール。オーシャンコースは、自然の地形を可能な限り活かした直線的なコースレイアウトだが、多彩なアンジュレーションがあり、戦略性が高く高度なテクニックを要求する。ウッズコースは、大きくうねるドッグレッグや木々、谷間にひそむハザードが手強い。
シグネチャーホールのオーシャン５番ホールは池がグリーンを包み込む美しいホールのひとつ。ホールの半分を占める池と喜瀬別邸の影響で微妙に変化する風がパー３ながら攻略を難しくする。
森の雰囲気から一気にオープンエアの空間が広がるウッズ９番ホールは、海とクラブハウスを見下ろす最長のホール。十分な広さが確保されたフェアウェイはドライバーの飛距離を要求する。数多くのバンカーに囲まれたグリーンはアンジュレーションに富んでいる。
