ＯＵＴコースは、本格的な林間コースで樹木のハザードが利いており、攻略が難しい。
ＩＮコースは、比較的ゆったりしているが、風向きによっては大きく難易度が上がる。
全体的に距離は長くはないが、ＯＵＴ・ＩＮとも上がりホールは、４００ヤードオーバーのパー４で、飛距離と正確なショットが要求されるため、パーセーブが難しい。グリーンはベントのワングリーンで微妙なアンジュレーションがある。
郡山南ＩＣよりわずか８分でコースへ。
