林間コース。湿地帯を埋立ててその上に作ったコース。
常磐線藤代駅・国道６号線からともに５分という交通至便なところにあり、都心からわずか１時間でティアップできる。高低差３メートルというフラットな地形であるが、川が流れ、池をふんだんに配置し細かいアンジュレーションの落とし穴等、美しさの中に戦略性がかもしだされている。アウトは広いフェアウェーだが、距離がたっぷりあるのが特徴。インは川や池が微妙に絡んでおり、正確なショットが要求され、挑戦意欲を駆り立てる。
